What can I do to prepare for my tattoo?

Eat. Make sure you eat before your appointment, youre welcome to bring drinks and snacks for longer sittings.

 

 

Can You Design My Tattoo or Do I Need To Bring My Own Design?

Any sketches and ideas you have are very welcome and help. Bring in your own design and ideas but we have a strict policy when it comes to copying other artists work. To protect the integrity of the industry and the studio we do not copy others.

Using a design as a general reference point is not an issue.

Tattooing should be personal, the end result should be unique to you and our artists can help make this possible.

 

What do I wear?  

Dress appropriately and comfortably for the position of your tattoo.

Can I use numbing cream? 

Depending on the area of your tattoo, it is generally OK for you to use numbing cream. We only allow the use of a numbing cream that we supply, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment so we can get this organised for you - it can be picked up from the studio. ​

Do you do walk-ins?

Yes, we cannot guarantee we will always have time but will always try do our best to accomodate you in every way we can. Please check out our social media pages where we will frequently post updates of cancellations and free time with all our artists.

How Long Does It Take To Heal?

In general, a tattoo can take a round 2 weeks to heal on the surface. For this time and even a little beyond it will not reflect the final appearance.

Depending on how your body heals you might experience some bruising and redness around the area of the tattoo. These pass within a few days.

 

Can i see my design before my appointment?

We don't email designs out prior to appointments. A lot of the tattooing process involves placement and size etc so its always best to get you in to discuss this. Changes and amendments can always be made on the day, we will not tattoo you till we are both 100% happy with everything. 

I'm underage, can I get tattooed?  

No, you must be 18, Even with consent.

 

How Can I Take Care of My Tattoo?

We will talk this through for you on the day in more detail but the aftercare process is simple.
